Sirin Labs has launched the world's first Blockchain powered Phone named Finney priced at $1,000. Watch this video on the Finney line of products to have an idea of these revolutionary electronics:
The device has two screens with the second screen entirely dedicated to crytpocurrency transactions The second second screen slides up from behind and runs of special firmware. The special Token Conversion Service in the phone converts SRN coins to tokens needed to carry out purchases which in turn greatly reduces the processing times currently needed as claimed by Sirin.

If the exponential rise of Blockchain technology and crytpocurrencies are anything to go by then surely its a matter of time before the big boys join the party. HTC has already announced a Blockchain phone of its own although not much is known of the phone as of now which is slated to be released in 2018 Q3.
